Everyone should have an equal right to good mental health. But they don’t.

We believe this is fundamentally unfair. You can help us change this by sharing your story and together we can make a stand.

What is Right to Thrive?

Right to Thrive is a research project to help better understand how discrimination – based on things like background, beliefs and identity – affects a person’s mental health and wellbeing.

By sharing your experiences in a safe and confidential way, together we can make a stand and begin to address mental health unfairness in London.

How you can get involved

Submit your name and email address via the boxes below. Working with our research partner, Revealing Reality, we will then email you with further details about how you can get involved in the research project by sharing your story.

This will be through a secure platform and all data and information shared will only be viewable by the dedicated research team. Any personally identifiable information shared will be dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Why you should get involved

We believe it’s unfair that some people’s mental health is made worse because of the discrimination they face.

We want to hear from all Londoners about the impact of discrimination on their mental health and wellbeing.

In response to the stories shared through the Right to Thrive project, Thrive LDN will work with Londoners and partners to establish projects with the aim of addressing the issues raised.
